Built from the ground up, TRCMI grew in the industry by providing superior customer service. An expertise in commercial moving and installation has allowed the company to thrive by combining these services common to the growth of business in our community. TRBI grew as an extension of that idea: providing businesses with more of what they need in one place, building on our reputation for superior service and attention to detail.
Our Mission
Our mission at TRBI is to treat each day as an opportunity to build lasting relationships through extraordinary experiences. We keep three basic objectives in mind when approaching any project: One – know the client; fully understand their needs and goals. Two – provide the most favorable outcome when addressing client needs and goals. Three – complete projects on time and within budget.
Danielle burns
Chief Operating Officer
Danielle has been a dedicated professional in the furniture industry since 2015. She holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Saint Francis.
Deeply committed to her community, Danielle serves on the Dress for Success Board, the YWCA Circle Steering Committee, the BCA Program Committee, and United Way’s Women United, and is an active member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.
Danielle enjoys reading, puzzles, and spending time outdoors with her husband of 25 years, Jesse, their two children, Demitra and Austin, and their dog, George.
Jordan Plohr
Designer/Project Manager
Jordan, a Fort Wayne native and Wabash College graduate, has been immersed in the furniture industry since 2013. Starting as a mover and installer, he has gained hands-on experience in nearly every facet of the business, learning the industry from the ground up.
Now, he’s excited to bring his extensive knowledge to a collaborative role with TRBI’s design team. Together, they work to select the perfect products, creating spaces that are not only visually appealing but also highly productive for every client.
DEMITRA ROBERTSON
Administrative Coordinator
Demitra has been part of the office furniture industry since 2019. She earned her Bachelor of General Studies from Purdue University Fort Wayne, with minors in psychology, human services, and organizational management, and played softball throughout her college years.
Active in her community, Demitra coaches Little League softball and is a member of St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, working out, spending time with friends, walking her dog, Rocky, and exploring new adventures with her husband, Greg.

Operations Coordinator
Paula’s extensive career in the office furniture industry began in Detroit, Michigan, with a major Steelcase dealer. She has held roles in sales administration, project coordination, design, project management, and now operations coordination, overseeing projects of all sizes.
Originally from Defiance, Ohio, Paula moved to Detroit after college and returned home after 25 years in Michigan. She has worked in the Fort Wayne furniture market for over 13 years.
In her spare time, Paula enjoys reading, quilting, gardening with her two dogs, traveling, and spending time with her large extended family.

Molly brings over a decade of expertise in the office furniture industry. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from Saint Mary’s College, where she played volleyball for three years.
Her professional journey spans diverse roles, including office management, administrative support, accounting, and customer service, reflecting her adaptability and commitment to excellence.
In her free time, Molly enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, walking, and cheering on her favorite sports teams—Go Irish!
